How Much Does DigiGiv Cost?

We like to keep things simple. Processing for credit and debit cards are 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction. Our ACH transfers fee is just 1% . There are NO monthly, annual, or set up fees!

Is DigiGiv Secure?

All date, contact information, credit card numbers, and transfer to bank information is secured and encrypted by our banking partner to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards. PCI-DSS Level 1 security rankings have the highest possible security ranking available. Yes, DigiGiv is very secure.

Is Text To Give Included?

Yes. There is no cost to receiving gifts via text message. However, our text to give function does require a $10/m phone line.

Can Nonprofits Use Your Platforms Or Are They Just For Churches?

To be totally honest churches are our intended customer and who we had in mind while designing our tools. With that said, if your church runs a nonprofit, our website & online giving solutions would work great for them.

How Is DigiGiv Different?

Is There A Contract?

No. At Ministry Designs we do not hold organizations to a long-term contract or minimum giving requirements. It is our goal to retain your business by serving and supporting you well.

Can I Issue Tax Statements To A Donor?

Yes. Each donor has a donor profile that they can access to download the statement themselves, or your administrator can email the statement directly to the church member.

Do You Offer A Church Or Online Giving App?

At this time we do not currently offer a church or online Giving App. We believe that an app, in most cases is an added and unneeded burden.
